LEVEL OF CARE

Is this the right level of care?

WEEKLY THERAPY

One hour a week. Right for many people, and not enough when things get heavy.

Virtual IOP, where we work. Nine to fifteen hours a week of structured group and individual care, built around your schedule.

INPATIENT OR RESIDENTIAL

Full time care away from home. Sometimes necessary, rarely convenient.

WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE

Two tracks, so you can keep working

Morning track

9:00 AM to 12:00 AM

Monday through Friday

Evening track

5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Monday through Friday, for people who work during the day

Three hours a session, three to five days a week. Nine to fifteen hours in a typical week, and we build the schedule with you.

HOW IT WORKS

What virtual IOP actually looks like

If you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or a life that suddenly feels unmanageable, IOP offers a level of support that's more structured than weekly therapy but doesn't require stepping away from your job, your family, or your daily responsibilities.

Wherever you can close a door. Home, a spare room, a quiet corner between work meetings. You need a private space and an internet connection, nothing else.

Approaches with research behind them. CBT, DBT skills, ERP, EMDR and psychoeducation, alongside depth psychology and a relational way of working, delivered by clinicians trained to do this over video.

Small groups, individually tailored. You join small groups led by licensed clinicians, alongside individual check ins and a treatment plan built around what you actually need.

One team, talking to each other. Your therapist and your psychiatric provider coordinate, so you are not the one carrying information between appointments.

ALSO AVAILABLE

Medication management

When medication is part of your care, our licensed psychiatric providers assess what you need, prescribe, and adjust over time, working alongside your therapist rather than separately from them. If medication is not part of your care, that is a real option too.

ALSO AVAILABLE

EMDR therapy

EMDR helps the brain process traumatic memories so they carry less charge. We offer it in person and by video, using the Neurotek EyeScan Lightbar, with clinicians trained specifically in this work. If talking through what happened has not helped, or you cannot find words for it, EMDR works differently.
