WHAT WE OFFER

Therapy for one person, two, or a whole family

Individual therapy

Weekly sessions for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, grief or relationship patterns that keep repeating. We look at what is happening now and the patterns underneath it.

Couples therapy

For partners who want to communicate better, rebuild trust or work through a hard season together. Sessions can be by video, with each of you joining from where you are, or in person in Fountain Valley.

Family therapy

For adult family members who want to understand each other and change how the family handles conflict. We pay attention to culture, roles and the history each person brings.

HOW IT WORKS

From your first call to your weekly session

1. Reach out. Call 949.706.8610 or send a message. Tell us a little about what is going on and whether you want individual, couples or family therapy.

2. We check your benefits. We verify your insurance and explain any deductible or copay before you commit to anything.

3. Your first session. By video or at our Fountain Valley office. We talk about what brings you in and what you want to change.

4. Weekly sessions. You meet with the same therapist each week, and you review the plan together as things change.

At a glance

60 minute sessions, once a week. Individual, couples or family.

YOUR THERAPIST

Weekly therapy with our Clinical Director

ANGELINA DESANTO, LCSW

WHEN WEEKLY THERAPY ISN'T ENOUGH

If one session a week isn't enough support right now, our virtual IOP offers three hour sessions, three to five days a week, morning or evening, with individual therapy and medication care on the same team. We can talk through which fits you on your first call.

INSURANCE

We work with most major PPO and HMO plans, and we verify your benefits before your first session. We do not currently accept Medi-Cal. Verify insurance
